In order to promote a family atmosphere at Marineland the park maintains a set of grooming policies. No unusual or extreme hair colours are permitted (e.g. green, blue, pink). Gentlemen are to be clean-shaven or have a trimmed beard. Hair length for males should be above the top of the shirt collar or tied back neatly. Earrings are restricted to two per ear of no more than 1/2 inch in size. In certain departments such as animal care, maintenance or foodservice, studs are to be worn. Visible face or body tattoos are not permitted with the uniform. Studs or rings in the nose, eyebrows, lip, tongue, chin etc. are not permitted.

You MUST be turning 16 years old in the year of employment (2009) and some positions require a minimum age of 18 years of age.
In addition you should enjoy meeting new people everyday and working outside in various weather conditions. To be successful you will possess excellent Guest Service skills and will be able to ensure that every guest has a 'W.H.A.L.E. of a Day' at Marineland. The nature of our business dictates that the majority of our positions require that team members stand and walk for their entire shift. The park closes daily at dusk and therefore team members have their evenings to themselves. We offer a fun, family driven work environment.
