Border Crossing Information
U.S. citizens will be required to present ONE of the following documents for entry into the United States by land from Canada: U.S. Passport, U.S. Passport Card, Enhanced Driver's License, Nexus Card. U.S. citizen children under the age of 16 will be able to present the original copy of their birth certificate or other proof of U.S. citizenship such as a naturalization certificate or citizenship card. Smoking:
For the safety and comfort of all of our guests and animals, smoking is only permitted in designated smoking areas. These designated smoking areas are conveniently located throughout the park and are clearly marked directly on the park handout map.
Guest Services Centre provides the following services

- Locker Rentals
- Lost and Found Items
Lockers are available in limited numbers on a first-come, first-served basis for a nominal fee.
Stroller & Wheelchair Rentals
Located in the Aquarium Dome adjacent to the main entrance.
Strollers and wheelchairs are available in limited numbers on a first-come, first-served basis for a nominal fee.
Picnicking
You may bring food and beverages into the park. Alcoholic beverages and glass bottles are not permitted. Picnic areas with tables are located as you drive into the parking lot and at the Family Picnic Area within the park's grounds. Check the park map when you arrive.
Guests with Disabilities
Special view areas are provided for guests with disabilities at the King Waldorf® Stadium, Aquarium Dome, Friendship Cove® and Arctic CoveTMTM. Please inquire with Marineland team members at these locations. We regret that the lower level of the Aquarium building cannot be made accessible. Most rides are accessible depending on the capabilities of individual guests. Access is often best accommodated through the exits of our rides. Guests with disabilities must be able to support themselves in a sitting position in order to ride and must meet all height requirements. Please inquire with ride attendants. Marineland team members will provide assistance; however, they are not permitted to lift guests with disabilities. A companion is welcome to accompany a guest with disabilities onto a ride for the purpose of providing assistance. *If you require further information or assistance, please stop by Guests Services.
Pets, Roller Blades, etc.
For reasons of safety, roller blades, skate boards, bikes and scooters are not permitted within park grounds. And, with the exception of service dogs, pets are not permitted within the park premises.
Adverse Weather
In the event of extreme weather (lightning, heavy rain, high winds), some of our rides and attractions must temporarily close until this weather passes.
King Waldorf's Palace, restaurants, gift shops, Aquarium Dome, King Waldorf's Stadium and the underwater viewing area of both Coves are great places to keep busy and take shelter until the weather clears.
Rides and attractions resume as soon as it is safe to do so. *Marineland follows a no refund, no raincheck policy.*
Ride Safety Restrictions

For reasons of safety, some rides operate under certain medical, physical and height restrictions. Rides are not recommended for people with medical conditions.

Children are not permitted to ride sitting on another guest's lap.

For safety reasons, amusement rides do not continue to operate when darkness arrives. If you are in line for a ride, as it gets dark, we cannot guarantee that you will get to board that ride.
